Community Nurse Health Center is the local, non-profit Community Health Center serving lower-income individuals and families of all ages from the western suburbs of Chicago. We provide high quality primary medical and dental care, onsite psychiatry and counseling services, and are rated in the top 20% of all Community Health Centers in the nation based on clinical quality measures. Community Nurse Health Center provides services regardless of a person’s ability to pay, values patient dignity, and is one of the oldest charitable providers of health services in the nation, celebrating 95 years in January of 2016.
