Pillars Community Health provides comprehensive health care services for every age and state of a woman’s life – from puberty and pregnancy through menopause and beyond.

Our Women’s Preventative Health Services include:

  • Sick visit care including same day appointment availability
  • Annual exams including breast exams, pelvic exams, and pap smears to screen for cervical cancer
  • Free pregnancy testing
  • Prenatal and postpartum care
  • HIV testing and STI (Sexually Transmitted Infection) testing, treatment, and counseling
  • Birth control counseling, education, and prescriptions
  • Basic infertility screening and treatment
  • Low cost medications available through our 340B program to uninsured patients
  • Referrals for mammograms and colonoscopies
  • Complex medical care coordination through referrals to specialty hospitals
  • Behavioral health screening and treatment
  • Psychiatric services
  • Treatment of menstrual disorders
  • Osteoporosis treatment

Outpatient Behavioral Health Services:

We offer more than 15 programs to help clients who are living with mental illness, from prevention to crisis intervention to outpatient therapy and community support. We also provide outpatient services for adults and adolescents who are diagnosed with mild or more severe substance use disorders.

Domestic and Sexual Violence Services:
