Flu Season at CNHC

It’s Flu Season – Stay healthy with CNHC!
We want you to be as healthy as possible, that’s why Community Nurse is offering the flu vaccine FREE to patients on a walk-in basis. Active flu strains are different each year, so even if you got a flu shot last year, you still need to get this year’s vaccine.

In order to qualify to receive a free flu vaccine, patients need to have had an appointment at Community Nurse within the last 12 months. If you qualify, just come in during our Flu Clinic hours, get vaccinated and protect yourself and your family this flu season. If you can’t come in during these hours, we will try our best to accommodate you during the rest of our Clinic Hours.

Walk-in Flu Vaccine Clinic Hours are Monday-Thursday from 1pm-4pm.

If you are not a Community Nurse patient, or if you have questions about the vaccine, please call 708-352-0081 to schedule your first appointment, and mention that you are interested in receiving the flu vaccine.
