Since 1921 the Community Nurse Health Association has provided comprehensive, quality health care and supportive sevices to lower income and uninsured residents of the western suburbs of Chicago. Our emphasis is on assisting individuals who have difficulty accessing health care due to economic challenges, cultural, social and lifestyle differences and lack of health insurance.
