We provide health care to more than 1,000 children aged 0-18 years. Our goal is to see every child annually for a well child exam. Developmental screenings and immunizations are also a key component to each exam. Additional programs include a comprehensive asthma program and a weight management and education program. Our Medical Director works closely with our nurse practitioner, RNs and bi-lingual front desk staff to achieve outcomes such as our 98% immunization rate for our patients ages 0-2 years old, as compared to the Chicagoland average of 74%.
