Clinics About Our Clinics Community Nurse Health Association was awarded the "Excellence in Immunization Efforts 2007" from the Chicago Area Immunization Campaign (CAIC). In serving the high risk population of more then 1,600 children whose income is 200% or less of the federal poverty level, Community Nurse achieved a 96% immunization rate for children aged 0-2.
