About Our Clinics
Since 1921, Community Nurse Health Association (CNHA) has provided comprehensive, quality health care and supportive services to lower income and uninsured residents of the western suburbs of Chicago. Our emphasis is on assisting individuals who have difficulty accessing health care due to several barriers. These barriers include limited financial means, language and cultural differences, and lack of health insurance.
Our three clinics provide health maintenance, chronic disease management, and sick visits for registered patients. Patient education is an important component of all clinic services. A bilingual (English/Spanish) interpreter is available for all clinic hours and is an essential member of the health care team.
