• Our Adult Clinic, in cooperation with Adventist LaGrange Memorial Hospital, provides primary care to more than 1,400 low income adults.
• Fourteen doctors volunteer their time and a nurse practitioner and nurses staff the clinic daily.
• Approximately 60 referral specialists also see our adult clinic patients in their own offices when specialty care is needed.

Services include physical exams, sick visits, women's health services, chronic illness management and immunizations. Patient education is an integral part of the services we provide, especially for diabetic clients and their families. Health education programs include a comprehensive diabetes program and Strengthening Families, a bilingual Hispanic women's support group supported by a grant from Target.
